The Abdur-Raqib Global Islamic Foundation (TARGIF). TARGIF is a registered religious volunteer based Non-Profit Organization in the State of Pennsylvania (U.S. Tax EIN #92-3199249), which is committed to serve the Religious, Educational, and social needs of the growing Muslim prison community in the USA as well to reach out to non-Muslim communities in order to teach them about the Islamic faith and way of life. Our Foundation receives no financial support from any other organizations, we do accept public donations. 

The Foundation is an independent and private Foundation. TARGIF has a prison Outreach Program which includes Prison visits, Inmate Education, and Inmate faith needs. 

The Foundation was founded by Abu Aaliyah Siddiq Ibn William Henry Sweet, Jr., in Philadelphia, PA in 2009. TARGIF main goal is to address Muslim inmates concerns worldwide and to give Dawah to the Non-Muslim and educate and guide all of mankind to the Noble Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallahu' Alahi wa Sallam) without discrimination.
